As an exhibitor, when trying to access the lead scanner function please be sure you are logging into the app using the email used to register. If you are successful then you will see the city you are registered for and once you click into it you will see the lead scanner function in the bottom right corner.
If the function is unavailable be sure you are registered under the Exhibitor level as the Green level badge is for attendees and does not have access.
